Okey Ndibe has finished his new book, a memoir. With the title “Never Look an American in the Eye: A Memoir of Flying Turtles, Colonial Ghosts, and the Making of a Nigerian American.” The memoir will be published on October 11, but can be pre-ordered now on Amazon.

Okey Ndibe has received the Black Mountain Institute fellowship from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada to spend nine months (end of August, 2015 to mid-May, 2016) working on another novel.
